What We Help With
Therapy Specialties
Six concerns that bring people to Carter Cares, each with its own page on how therapy can approach it.
Where to Start
Pick the page that sounds most like this year
Concerns rarely arrive one at a time. Burnout can sit next to a low mood, and an old loss can surface during a new relationship. Start with whichever page feels most familiar, then follow the links that fit.
Each page explains who it is for, how sessions work and what can shift. If you are still unsure, the free 15-minute phone consultation can help sort it out.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I work on more than one concern?+
Yes. Concerns often overlap, and therapy can address them together. The first session sets goals for what matters most right now.
What if my concern is not listed?+
Bring it up during the free consultation. Azia will tell you plainly whether the practice is a good fit for it.
Do I need to know which type of therapy I want?+
No. You can describe what is happening, and the consultation can help you choose between individual, couples or family therapy.
