Therapy in NoMad
Therapy for the thoughts that keep working long after your workday ends.
In person or onlineGive the Week a Place to Land
Weekly therapy offers a regular conversation rather than another task to finish perfectly. You might begin with a difficult email, a disagreement at home or a decision you keep postponing. Azia helps you identify what connects those moments.
The first appointment includes clear goals. As concerns change, those goals can be revisited without treating a change of direction as a failure.
When Rest Does Not Feel Restful
You may stop working but still rehearse what could go wrong. Anxiety can fill an otherwise quiet evening; burnout can leave even small choices feeling demanding. Women in their 20s and 30s often bring this kind of private pressure.
Depression, grief and major transitions also belong in the conversation. Being able to describe a problem neatly is not a requirement for taking it seriously.
Notice the Pattern Between You
Young couples sometimes arrive tired of an argument neither person knows how to interrupt. Azia draws on EFT and the Gottman Method to examine communication, criticism and withdrawal.
Families can explore expectations and conflict too. We work toward understanding what each person is responding to, so a discussion may become more specific and less caught in blame.
Choose Where the Conversation Happens
For NoMad clients, appointments can take place at our office at 16 Madison Square West, by Madison Square Park. Online sessions are another choice when you are located in New York State. Ask about evening availability.
Weekly individual care is $200 for 45 minutes; couples or family care costs $250 for 60 minutes. Private-pay clients may use superbills or Thrizer for out-of-network support. Insurance determines whether claims are covered and what reimbursement applies.
Your Concerns Can Be Specific
Perhaps you want to stop treating every mistake as evidence against yourself. Perhaps you want to say what you need before resentment builds. Those are useful starting points, not outcomes we can promise.
A free 15-minute phone call gives you space to describe that starting point and discuss whether the practice and available appointment times suit you.
