College
Deadlines, identity questions and choices about what comes after graduation.

Ages 18 and Up
For college, early careers and the years when everyone seems to expect a clear plan before you have had time to make one.
The Pressure to Have It Together
Young adulthood can bring several decisions at once. You may be trying to perform well at school or work, maintain relationships, answer family expectations and understand who you want to be.
Therapy offers focused time to sort those pressures. You do not need a polished explanation before the first session. We start with what is taking the most energy right now and set clear goals from there.
What You Can Bring
Deadlines, identity questions and choices about what comes after graduation.
New expectations, long days and the fear of falling behind before you have begun.
Sorting what no longer fits from the pressure to make the perfect next move.
Dating, partnership, friendship and the boundaries each connection may need.
Deciding which values feel like yours while staying connected to people who matter.
Making room for culture, background and the person you are becoming.

How Sessions Work
Individual therapy is weekly for 45 minutes. Azia uses a compassionate and direct style to help you name patterns, consider choices and connect present stress to relationships, identity or earlier experiences.
She may draw on CBT for negative thoughts, IFS for competing inner reactions and family systems thinking for the expectations carried through close relationships. The method stays connected to the goals you choose together.
A Practical Rhythm
Evening appointments are available for people who work or attend class during the day. You can meet in person near Madison Square Park or online anywhere in New York State.
What Can Shift
Therapy may help you recognize what belongs to your own priorities and what comes from fear, comparison or outside pressure. You can work toward greater confidence and a better quality of life without expecting every decision to feel certain.
Change is not promised. The work stays specific to your goals, current circumstances and the relationships that matter to you.
Your Life Is Not a Deadline
We can slow down the pressure and give one concern enough attention to become clearer.
