Anxiety and Burnout Support

Therapy for Anxiety and Burnout in NYC

For the days when your mind keeps moving, your work follows you home and looking capable takes more energy than anyone sees.

01

The loop in your mind

Negative thoughts may repeat long after the moment has passed. You may replay decisions, expect the worst or feel like a failure while giving everything your best effort.

02

Work that does not switch off

Burnout can show up as irritability, exhaustion or a sense that every task is urgent. Sleep may suffer because your body has stopped recognizing the end of the workday.

03

CBT for the thought pattern

Azia uses CBT to help you notice the thoughts that keep anxiety moving. Together, you examine the evidence, name familiar assumptions and practice responses that are more balanced and useful.

04

Skills for body and inner critic

Mindfulness-based skills can help you notice physical tension before it takes over. IFS can help you understand the critical inner voice, including what it may be trying to prevent or control.

Weekly Individual Therapy

Practice a different response

Sessions are 45 minutes each week. We set clear goals in the first meeting, then connect what happens in the room to specific moments at work, at home and before sleep.

The aim is not to remove every demanding day. Therapy can help you recognize the pattern sooner, respond with more choice and make room for needs you have been postponing.
