Thrizer in one paragraph
Thrizer is a platform that helps clients use out-of-network insurance benefits. Carter Cares partners with Thrizer so you have an option beyond submitting superbills on your own. Through Thrizer you can see an estimate of your benefits, pay for sessions, and have supported claims submitted and tracked for you.
Option one: pay the full fee
You pay the regular session fee, $200 for individual or $250 for couples and family sessions. Thrizer then submits supported claims to your insurer and tracks the reimbursement. This option suits people who want the paperwork handled without changing how they pay at each appointment.
Option two: Thrizer Pay
With Thrizer Pay, eligible clients may pay an estimated out-of-pocket amount at the session instead of the full fee. Thrizer explains its fees before you choose. Eligibility depends on your plan, so the estimate you see is specific to you and may differ from what someone else sees.
