Where Travel, Nature, and Therapy Meet.
A little about me
I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I am also proud of my Jamaican heritage. In my free time, I love traveling, which has broadened my understanding of how people grow and live in different cultures. Spending time with my family is something I truly treasure, and they are a constant source of love and grounding in my life.
Nature is another passion of mine—being outdoors is incredibly grounding. I believe in helping people feel whole and nurtured while growing in connection with themselves and their loved ones. This connection to nature is reflected in my logo, the sunflower, symbolizing growth, resilience, and positivity.
These are some of the reasons why I became a therapist—to help people grow, heal, and deepen their connections with themselves and others.

Values & Next Steps
Being an Afro-Caribbean woman, I understand the importance of finding a therapist who is multiculturally competent. With this in mind, I will always validate and integrate the unique experiences of people of color in the therapeutic setting. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit and to answer any questions you may have. I value the importance of finding a therapist that you can trust and relate to, and I truly look forward to connecting with you.
